10,000 steps
A bunch of bloggers are doing the 10,000 Program; basically keeping track and trying to make sure they walk 10,000 steps a day for better health. I am walking a lot more than usual, because I am on the treadmill three or four times a week. Anyway, I finally bought a Pedometer, so that I can keep track of my *steps.* In six hours, I clocked over 6600 steps, then I leaned on the reset button! LOL
Oh, well, I tried.
