Fuzzy-headed, but here
These are two of my paintings from waterclor class. We had to go outside on campus and draw landscapes to paint. I drew two sketches and worked on the painting in the classroom, because it was hot and the mosquitoes were out in force. I was not done when I left, so I worked on it a little more at home. I still have some work to do, but I am fairly happy with them, especially the big one with the lamp post. I mean, I don't think they are great, but I think they are a nice start. I am very new to this after all. There is just one more watercolor class left, but I am just starting to get a feel for how it all works.

I took the advice of many of you and filed a complaint with American Express. The vendor finally agreed to refund my money, minus shipping, but since I was not exactly feeling trusting, I let the claim stand. She has been so vile and her email rants have been so telling, yet I was hoping she would do the right thing. Of course when PayPal contacted her about the chargeback, she sent me a crazy note telling me that I still owed her for shipping. I wrote back pointing out that she had my $158 for almost three months and the merchandise...and I would cancel my complaint when she refunded my money. She has not responded, nor has she refunded my money.
I have been home sick for a few days, with a raging sinus headache that turned into a migraine. The Zomig seems to have helped a little, but I still feel wonky. It is not a big deal; I am sure I will start to feel better soon. I seem to get sick whenever I push myself to the extreme, which I certainly have been doing for the last few weeks! I have one more trip to the coast before my last day. I have exactly one week left. I am really looking forward to having free time. I have been so photo-phobic that I have not been able to stitch.

Your watercolors look great. I really like the one with the lamppost!
Rissa, thanks for your comments on my blog. Just came to check out yours (love your shoe!) and noticed you get migraines too. Have you tried Imigran instead of Zomig? I tried Zomig only once and went back to Imigran, it just made me fuzzy and strange!
Horrible story of your Paypal troubles - I would name her. Sounds like a scam. Hope you get it sorted without any more loss.
